Thirty Classes of Pilates

This week I begin my first set of "30 Classes of Pilates." It will be my personal challenge to complete 30 classes of Pilates to see if I do, indeed, feel and see a difference. I have taken my fair share of Pilates classes (I am a trained dancer), but I've never really payed much attention before to the changes I have or have not seen. So, in my series "30 Classes of Pilates," I'll be sure to give you the skinny on this famous Pilates saying and share any insights I may have along the way.
